This listing is for a heavy duty two speed trailer winch. Perfect for boat trailers, car trailers etc.. Two Speed Design means the winch is fast when you need it and can pull heavier loads when required. The two gear ratios are 5:1 and 12:1. The removable handle fits on in one of two positions to choose the speed you require. (See picture) Heavy duty steel construction, zinc plated for corrosion protection. Sizes are as pictured. Mounting Base size 190mm long, 130mm. 63mm internal drum width for strap or cable. The universal mounting holes are a standard sizes and fit virtually all winch posts. Precision made solid gear design. Smooth turning roller grip handle. Working capacity 625kg. The rolling capacity is much more. The easiest way to describe the rolling capacity difference is that you can push a 1 ton car, but you cannot lift a 1 ton car! It suits trailers up to 3.5 ton gross weight. Safety ratchet. The winch will ratchet in but not out. Suitable for use with a strap or cable. (Not included but available ) .
