ProCoil 18-piece thread repair kit: 1 x 8.3 mm twist drill bit + 1 x DIN 352 HSS M 8 x 1.25 manual thread tap + 1 x M 8 mounting tools + 1 x bolt breaker 6 mm + 5 x threaded bushings Height = 1.0 x / Height = 1.5 X / Height = 2.0 x Ø. 1. Drilling: First drill the damaged thread with a Ruko twist drill bit. It should be noted that in devices for molding threads larger perforations are needed. Verify that the thread tap and threaded bolt in the ProCoil set have the same thread and pitch. 2. Die cutting: Now, the new retaining thread is cut with a tap tap into the drilled hole. Cutting oil is recommended. 3. Threaded bushing mounting: Insert the bushing into the screwing tool. Make sure the retaining pin sits in the slot opening and the snap ring is tight. Now, turn the threaded bushing in the direction of the thread with slight pressure. Attention: DO NOT turn in the opposite direction, the spigot may break. 4. Shank Break: Remove the screwing tool and break the retaining pin with the pin break chuck. The new thread with ProCoil thread is now ready to use.
