This system houses the #TW-75K-2580 model from our RO-400 series. **CHALLENGES**: Engineered to deliver water quality of 17 M or higher, this RO/EDI system features feed and counter-wash pumps, pre-chlorination, multimedia filter, dechlorination and antiscalant dosing, pH adjustment, single-pass RO followed by an EDI system, and all necessary instruments for full automation. High-purity water was required for the power plant's boilers and cooling towers. **SOLUTIONS**: The applicable solution was the manufacture of reverse osmosis systems to reduce dissolved solids causing scaling. The RO system employs a high-quality pressure vessel, filter tanks, and high-quality instruments like conductivity, pH, and ORP meters. It includes a double-pass, double RO system followed by an EDI system. Waste from the two double-pass RO systems is treated by a third RO. Wastewater from the power plant's production process is directed to an ultrafiltration system and recycled back into the RO system. Our RO and EDI systems were designed to meet the water needs of the power plant product. **BENEFITS**: This system is skid-mounted, including RO and EDI systems.
