They are not compatible with any other TV models. Please double-check your TV model and size before placing your order. (In your TV’s settings menu——TV settings menu – Navigate to Settings > Support > About This TV——such as QN50LS03FA—the numeric part indicates the screen size in inches.) Be sure to select the correct size to avoid unnecessary delay.
- **Sensor & Remote Compatibility**: Adjust Art Mode settings to ensure sensor performance. Deactivate Sleep After and Night Mode to prevent interference with your TV’s sensors caused by this frame. A dedicated slot allows IR signals to pass through, ensuring remote control functionality. Switch your remote to Bluetooth mode for best performance.
- **Fit Requirement**: For proper fit and alignment, your TV must be wall-mounted. The Frames are not compatible in a tabletop setup.
- **Dimensions & Fit**: The frame is 3.75 inches wide, with 0.75 inches perfectly covering the TV's original black bezel. Once installed, it extends 3 inches beyond the TV edge without occupying space behind the display. **Important**: Ensure your wall-mounted TV has at least 3 inches of clearance around the edges. If using a stand, confirm that the legs provide **over 3 inches of space** beneath the TV—official Samsung stands may not meet this requirement.
